3A Piscine di Beqiri Elton, Via Quattro Giornate di Napoli 30, 06073 Corciano (PG), Italy, VAT no. 03632230540, email 3apiscine@libero.it. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as one is not required for our business.

What we collect and why

Through the quote request form we collect your name, phone number, email, town, type of request and any message you write. With the request we also record the page or website you came from (for example a search engine), to understand how customers find us. We use this data only to reply to your request and contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, as you choose. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Marketing messages

Only if you tick the optional box will we use your email and phone number to send you advice and offers (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted automatically after 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep the necessary data for the periods required by Italian tax law.

Required data

Name, phone, email, town and type of request are needed to reply to you. The message and marketing consent are optional.

Who receives it

We do not sell or pass on your data. It is processed on our behalf only by our website hosting provider and email provider, appointed as data processors. If you choose to be contacted on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta) terms also apply, and Meta may process data outside the European Union.

Automated decisions

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to 3apiscine@libero.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in your country.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. An internal anonymous counter records page views and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email, without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so no cookie banner is needed. The staff-only area uses a single technical session cookie. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Facebook open those services, with their own privacy rules.
